Bb:ARR offers educational programming and training opportunities to a number of service providers that desire, or have the goal and vision of transforming their environments into places where individual experiences are welcomed, validated, and respected. The intent of providing and creating spaces where individuals can learn to be valued as whole beings creates and improves the trust first within individuals and expands out to improve relationships with others.

In our training and education programming individuals will be presented an experience in which they will be encouraged to learn how to develop a deeper understanding of their relationship with self. Examination of this relationship will be based in discovering both the beauty and strength of being an individual that suffers from both external and internal oppression and how internalized oppression effects one's personal development.

At Bb:ARR we produce events that are recognized not only for their brilliance in their seemingly flawless execution, but are also rooted in a foundation that believes individuals gather at events to witness and choose to be a part of an experience where transformation happens not only on the individual, but at the group level as well.

Bb:ARR is committed to planetary transformation by enhancing self-respect and self-love and for the human family to whom we are invariably connected. Our events bring the unconscious level of internalized oppression to the surface and create a moment wherein individuals and communities can release the negative energy that promotes fear of self and others.

Bb:ARR event staff produce events nationally: at festivals, for non-profit and for profit institutions, organizations, and businesses. We believe in and practice bringing together local and national talent to promote, celebrate and raise consciousness for what our clients dictate as the issue to which they want to bring attention.

Bb:ARR offers consulting, strategic planning, and technical assistance for small and larger non-profit and for- profit businesses and organizations interested in transforming their institutions into work environments where people experience being valued for all of who they are and what they have to offer in the workforce.

We do understand, as we strive as a team of committed staff, it is crucial that creating a work environment that fosters promoting growth for an individual is directly effected by the positive and/or negative relationships one maintains with their team.

Our model and philosophy of transforming work environments is based in working with individuals within group settings and in their relationships to learn a practice of engaging in conversation with co-workers that values conflict and maintains boundaries and respect for the individual and the process when discussing difficult matters and issues. It is our practice that when one learns to speak their truth and their truth is listened to and not devalued that one can then participate in a group conversation and dialog as a team member with equal power. Power, and the lack there of is the primary source for conflict in a work environment.
